Since 1999, Whitley Bay Islamic Cultural Centre has provided Islamic education for children in a safe, structured and welcoming environment.

Our aim is to help students build confidence in their faith, develop good character, and feel connected to the mosque and wider community.

What students learn

A balanced curriculum designed to support recitation, knowledge, understanding and Islamic identity.

Helping students recite with confidence, correct pronunciation, fluency and care.

Teaching practical Islamic understanding that children can apply in daily life.

Islamic History

Covering Seerah, stories of the Sahabah, and key lessons from Islamic history.
