We understand how alienating gyms can be if you've never used the equipment before. Our staff will support you through an initial one-to-one induction, show you how to use the equipment, and answer your questions.

Our gym has cardio equipment including treadmills and cross-trainers, plus strength training equipment including free weights, benches and a smith machine.
To ensure the gym is inclusive, we have set times where the gym is only accessible for women. During women only sessions, all staff members in the gym will be female.
Keeping fit shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. That's why we have flexible pricing options with no contracts.
We have specific times for women only, providing a comfortable and safe environment to exercise.
Our organisation is proudly part of North Tyneside's Safe Spaces, offering help if someone is anxious, scared or at risk while out in the community.
Our gym is a non-profit community gym and part of Whitley Bay Islamic Cultural Centre. All proceeds go back into the charity to support future projects for our community.
