Body Benefits Programme Continues

After a very successful 12 week programme with Active North Tyneside’s Body Benefit Programme we’re happy to announce the exercise programme will continue.

We will continue to run two classes for men and women, every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. These classes are completely free and open to all and will comprise of different exercises for men and women. Men’s classes will consist of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Boxercise sessions. Women’s classes will consist of HIIT and yoga sessions.
