WBICC: Providing A Warm And Welcoming Space For All In North Tyneside

As the winter months set in, we at the Whitley Bay Islamic Cultural Centre (WBICC) are reminded of the importance of warm spaces in North Tyneside. We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, particularly those who may be vulnerable or in need.

At WBICC, we offer a range of facilities and services to make visitors feel comfortable and at home. Our doors are open to everyone, regardless of religion or ethnicity, and we offer a friendly welcome to all who enter. We provide hot drinks, snacks, and a warm place to sit and relax, as well as free Wi-Fi and access to computers.

We know that the winter months can be particularly challenging for those who are struggling to make ends meet, which is why we offer a food bank and winter clothing bank. These services provide essential supplies to those who may be in need, and help to ensure that everyone has access to the basic necessities.

But perhaps most importantly, WBICC provides a sense of community and belonging to those who may be feeling isolated or alone. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with our range of services and activities, helps to bring people together and create a sense of shared purpose.

We are proud to be a warm space in North Tyneside, and we are committed to promoting community cohesion and breaking down barriers between different groups. We believe that everyone deserves to have access to a warm and welcoming space, particularly during the winter months, and we are dedicated to doing our part to make that a reality.

In conclusion, if you or someone you know is in need of a warm and welcoming space this winter, we invite you to visit the Whitley Bay Islamic Cultural Centre. Our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds is unwavering, and we look forward to welcoming you in.
